Only free Discovery Visits are auto-created in Google Calendar. Verify those events and enter them in Jane. Manually book all paid visits in both systems.
Google Calendar event titles = patient’s first and last name
Every visit lasts 60 minutes. Patient, clinician, date and time must match in both systems.
CRM “Paid” is the cumulative money received, not the program price or future payments.
Use the pricing reference. A calculator is allowed. Time is recorded and taken into account during review.
